Piercing Jewellery

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all piercing jewellery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the product packaging has been opened or the item has been worn. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

We are unable to accept returns on piercing jewellery unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Streetwear (T-shirts, Hoodies)

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must have all original tags attached. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Tattoo Aftercare Products

Due to hygiene reasons, aftercare creams and skincare products are non-refundable once the seal or packaging has been opened, unless the product arrived faulty or damaged.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@inkedantler.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
